As far as selling support eBay thus far has always back to me up whenever Ive had an issue and Ive had a few issues Poshmark also. Its not as social as Posh and people cant comment under items (dm only), so you dont feel like you have to be there:) Mercari is also quicker to respond when there is a problem.
