its been a long 16 months for me taking this horrible drug alprazolam i read countless hours how i can quit i been using a treadmill lightly each day and just staying active seems to make me need less of this medicine i really cant reduce this medicine anymore i need anoher drug to help me cope with withdrawls i was reading about how taking diazapam can help me taper lower and quit eventually and its easier to quit diazapam (vallium) than it is to quit xanax.
