I don’t recommend following a tour because the best trips are the ones you conquer a foreign land by yourselves.
But this ice cream tasted more like vanilla ice cream to me. The flavor is described as bland, but not necessarily fishy.
Thankfully, perhaps the only disconcerting thing about squid ink ice cream is that it's jet black. A main objective is to encourage, promote and share information on the making of home-made ice cream. It is always nice to stay indoors when it gets too cold outside.
