My hair grew stronger and longer and my appetite increased. Just wondering if anyone knows what I can do to regulate myself again or if I will get my cycle back soon? I am still waiting for AF.Also the night i took it I experienced the weirdest cramps all in my torso even in my butt.. I tried so many things before this and nothing worked (acupuncture for 1 year, chinese herbs, progesterone cream & estrogen boosters, etc). It's Highly Nutritious. No diarrhea, gassy little.
